do people see this? hmm...well im 25. 5'3" and 145. my bp ranges from 72/110 to 110/200! wth. most the time my diastolic stays in the high 80s to low 90s. the doc said i should try to cut my weight down and start changing my eating habbits...i dont eat lots of fast food. dont like soda. i drink lots of water..at least 64oz daily. try to find time to walk ..but have been walking for only 30 min 1-2 a week. hmmm...i should start be walkin more!

FEELING WEIRD TODAY. WALKED 3O MIN YESTERDAY. HEAD IS SPINNING A BIT. THINK MY BP IS UP THERE. I DONT FEEL AS SHARP AND AM FORGETTING HOW TO DO THE SIMPLEST THINGS THAT I ALWAYS DO, (EX: GUARANTEED SIG. LETTERS-WHERE TO GET IT IN WP) WEIRD. THINK IM DYING.
