Felt pretty BLAH today. Had a doc appt and did not go to the gym today, and forgot to set meat out to thaw last night so no clue on dinner yet. BUT, tomorrow's a new day.

Woke up feeling pretty good this morning. Almost can't wait to hit the gym during lunch! This site is really helping in keeping me motivated. Think I'm going to invite some friends and family to join. :)
