Walked about an hour today...and I guess I'll have a bit of broccoli rotini....I bought this great snack,have you ever heard of Cool Ranch Doritos(tm)? well i bought something called "Fit&active ranch rice snacks" they taste just like the doritos :D

Hmmm not sure what to do....I say i will be committed to this diet, but I dont...my mind says one thing and my conscious another...I wish i could just kill my conscious >:)
