I totally feel so ,ucj better these last three days, even my personal drama catn really bring me down. I need to write a few. Ores and leave them around to remind me how good exercise makes me feel. Ive always known but with everything going on right now exercise therapy is the best thing! I hope I don't fall off track and keel the good feelings going. If I keep it up I will fell better with the added benefit of losing a few pounds. :)

Almost done with day 3. did great with eating and walked at work today. I am going to do a 25 min workout as well in a bit. the path to a fitter me is right in front of me. i haver a nice pudding desert ( i refuse to not enjoy eating) and some yummy chinese tea to finish the night. I hope i can keep up the pace. having personal drama so am working hard not to use that as an excuse for eaching a bunch of junk.

day 2 did well, just have to exercise and will do that in about 25 mintues after adventure time! :)
feel pretty good, you would think that this feeling would stay with me, the feeling of not being stuffed and that I would like it and keep it instead of easting like a pig.
Looking forwarding to keeping the momentum up.
