feeling a little insecure in fitness classes
I recently went to a Zoomba class and felt the same way. I am pretty good at aerobics but not dancing coordinated, I felt so out of place and uncoordinated. I hung in the back but like you, felt terrible when I looked in teh mirror and additionaly was mortified when the class turned and I was now in the front! But I am going again Wednesday. One thing I always tell myself is that people arent as concerned with you as you think. They are thinking about their own footwork or just getting down with the music. Dont get discouraged and keep going! And 2lbs a week is AWESOME! I hope I can lose at that rate, you are doing a great job!!!!!Remeber how good you feel once you are done and how every class gets you one step closer to your goal!
