Well i live in the northwest. My hobbies include Tai Chi, snowboarding, running, and eating lol. I am an electrical instructor so most of my day is rather low physical activity. My goal is to weigh 200lbs and have a BMI of 24. Currently i am 220lbs with a BMI of 29.
