The calorie count for today shows that I did great - hope it's right. Shoes ( my German Shephard) and I had a great time on the agility course this afternoon. I will have to build another piece of equipement for her to work out on next spring. We need an A frame, a teeter and a tunnel to have the complete course.

I was doing great this week -- as of Friday I had lost 10 pounds and was about to break the next barrier , then came Sat. :-(. I really throught I was making a good choice at the resterant - but found out later on here that I had really goofed. So decided to eat a light salad for dinner since any exercise was out of the question. Husband did not wish to sit around the house waiting for me to run and shower before taking off again. I told him I really wasn't hungry and that I only wanted a salad and what does he do - yes he still goes to a place that only has huge calorie packed food instead of fixing food at home. Sorry to say that the smell and throught of my farorite food won the game and I ate a regular meal. And to top it off he dosen't like any of the movies playing , so we just eat and then come back home. Today has been a little better ( still ate out this morning), but feel tired and just wish to sleep. Not a good thing. Slept in late so had brunch and plan on eating dinner at home tonight.

I hope that the numbers are correct on the food because they sure fooled me. I throught I was eating a low fat diet until I started following the diet breakdown. Tomorrow I am going to enter the food on here before I enter the food into my mouth. The exercise number agree with my treadmill's numbers.

Feeling a bit bittersweet. Hubby is back on a five day week and I miss going away on three day weekend trips however this does make it easier to keep on my diet and makes my pup happy. I have no idea what we will do when he retires. He has only one habit and that is eating and he is skinny - so he can eat and eat LOL. It has been a good week as far as working out I managed to exercise five times this week and ate mostly clean when home- threw in a few cracker but they where high fiber ones. Made good food choices when eating out ( I hope ) Any way feeling okay and ready to start the new week. Happy to report that Shoes ( the pup) has also lost soome weight. Vet put her on a diet as well . LOL
