From this point forward the weight loss is starting to slow down quite a bit.
The main reasons for this slow down are:
1: Reduced the running distances from 16km/day to 10km/day
2: Fatigue is generalized due to low fat to energy conversion.
3: Weather is bad and running is hard when you are wet.
Yesterday was first bad for me cause hunger was back, and after 5 slice of bread my stomach that is so small now could not handle them so I trow up, after that I felt better and the hunger was gone again.
One very important thing for me is that now if a food is bad i feel it instantly and the bad part is I trow it up.
I have 8Kg to lose that will be a pain cause by now I am used to fast lost weight.
* Unfortunately most of the fat is now separated from the muscles and it's sticking to the skin, and this is due to the carbohydrates food.
- But I am determined to see if i can burn all fat on a restrictive carbohydrate food intake. If not, the 0 carbs food intake will do it.

I have a problem with my phone cause it is broken now but tomorrow i will post a picture with mu D just for the special one that comment like an idiot.
I just sow progress like allays and retards on this site just make idiot comments, but tomorrow i will show my D real appreciate his comment.

Every day seems worse than the day before. Today run was 13.34Km and was hard cause in the last part I barely catching my breath, now i feel better. I know that without punishing the body will be no progress so i try to hold it up.
I did know that with weight loss in time the progress will slow down cause this is not my first time losing weight, but is my first time losing weight with carbs intake rather then fat and proteins.
I must say it is a difference cause now is eating time and the feeling is good, when i was on fat-protein i feel bad all the time but the results were incredible like the fat under the skin becomes tender like a American doughnut :)
Now is more like you have a layer of fat that envelope all your body.

Going down but more slowly. The downside is that after i started posting here again after long time i see the same lame people "bodybuilders" they make me sick.

Another kg to go. Even if I lose fast, I feel that I don't lose enough. At the 74kg I am sure progress will hold. Then the real challenge will begin cause i will be forced to start eat only meat.
