I'm back! Quit my job without a backup, but avoided a stroke/heart attack/aneurysm. Been celebrating for 2 weeks via happy hour cocktails and bar food. I gained, I lost, I'm right back where I started so I'm not upset. I'm back on track. Hello Folks!

I thought arguing burns calories! I expected a loss this morning after eating only half my stir fry and bean thread noodles and not having any dessert. I did do a lot of weight training though. Hmm...muscle DOES weigh more than fat.

Did damn well considering the Pub Crawling last night. I guess walking, dancing and screaming burns calories even when you're drinking!

Did really well last night in spite of a surprise date night. Had a fish sandwich, plain, no bun (ok a fish fillet) and a baked potato from Wendy's. DID have movie popcorn, but had plenty calories to spare. Still lost weight this am.
