Ok, so after months of sitting around and not exercising and not worrying about what I eat, I am starting again. It is 2 months and 3 weeks until my 50th birthday and 9 months, 2 weeks and 2 days until the wedding!! I just joined the Westmont Fitness Club yesterday and am planning on going there today after Natalie gets out of school. I am going start really working on making better food choices. Have a light breakfastabout 8, a mid morning snack around 10 am, lunch about noon, mid afternoon snack about 2 or 2:30, dinner about 5 and an evening snack about 8. So I need to just get started and see how it goes, this time.

I updated my weight with my actual weight. Just got a battery for the scale. The previous weight was a guesstimate by what I think that I weighed.

Went to the gym again today. I went yesterday also. Spent about an hour and 15 minutes each day. I am getting into a routine of one day doing some lighter cardio, but then doing all of the weight machines and then the next day doing heavier cardio and only doing the ab machines. When I get home I feel great and have so much energy I almost have a hard time sitting still. Yesterday I cleaned the whole house without feeling over worked. This is great!!!

Went to the gym again today. Third day in a row. I am pretty sore so I concentrated more on cardio than weights. Did elliptical, 2 ab machines and then the exercise bike.
Party tonight. I do not know what the food will be like, but I will try to be good, while still enjoying myself. I may have one drink, but maybe not.
