I was on my cycle this week and I guess it caused some weight gain, but my clothes are fitting amazingly well still! So I know I'm going in the right direction.

Yesterday I really "took a break" and ate 2000 calories. I'm also on my period which made chocolate that much more appealing. Lastly, I had a very hard therapy session yesterday evening.

I went kayaking yesterday and had my body bug on and wow, I burned close to 3000 calories in 5 hours on the river.
