End of Day 2 on Master Cleanse
I made it! I looked at my friends Chinese food (and did not touch), watched another friend eat several chocolate candies, and smelled delectable cookies in the hallway.
I did some light exercise: bike riding and crunches, and found that I needed less of the lemonade than when I just sat at home...near my bathroom.
Today was harder than yesterday because of these things, but I made it. Surprisingly enough... I don't feel hungry at all (maybe I'm still doing this whole thing wrong).
Day 3 and 4 are reputed to be the hardest. Bring. It. On. (Did overconfidence kill the cat? ... I hope not.)

The End of Day 1 on Master Cleanse
Today wasn't that bad. I got a little tempted when I thought about a PB&J, but I made it. The lemonade is actually quite delicious; I didn't expect it to be that good. I've read Day 3 and Day 4 are among the worst/hardest, but I must get through Day 2 first. (Gross Out Warning: It was indeed "empowering" to know that the corn I had last Wed is finally (hopefully) gone.)
I don't think my current eating habits are that* bad. And so I'm hoping to use this cleanse to start over. To eradicate the remnants of my horrible eating habits and have more efficient organs.

Ok. I've decided to Jump Start this with the Master Cleanse Diet. It's 9:42pm Tonight I'll start with the gentle laxative tea and then tomorrow make this lemonade, maple syrup, cayenne pepper concoction.
Tonight is short body prep!
Tomorrow Starts Day 1.
