I really don't like the new program.. i am just not ready to restart counting points.. but i know it works, and i am sure if i will fail again i will probably go back to it. Good job on your weight loss, is really impressive.

i know it is hard... and i know they are just excuses.. the problem i have is that i do good for few months, and then i crush again!... we'll see this time.. i really need to do it.. the 1000 cal a day, i know i won't be able to do...1500 cal, is more realistic for me.. i will try to cut a few cal at the time and see...

I don't have a plan yet, which i know i need to figure out something soon, but i just finished with my workout, and i feel great! tired but great! Let me know how the 17 days diet works out..

How to (re) start...
So, after 10 months of WW and 20 lb lost, i gained 10 back, and i find it hard, really hard, to get back on track.. i want to try something different, i just want to loose weight by eating healthier, and exercise.. need to give my son the good example... I really don't know how.. and i don't know why..
any suggestions?
