Hard day at the gym. I almost fainted! In fact I am eating more than other weeks so I do not know why... Anyways I just stopped for a little while and kept going... I remember Master Yoda... You do or not... Theres no try. So I stood up again and kept going!! :D
Día duro en el gym... Casi me desmayo. De hecho estoy comiendo más que otras semanas entonces no sé porque... Igual solo paré un ratito y seguí... Me recorde del maestro Yoda... O lo haces o no... no hay nada en medio... Así que me paré y seguí!! :D

Problemas con los ataques de hambre en las noches... Pero creo que es puro estrés. :(

Una de mis amigas me dijo que cree que estoy obsesionada contando calorias!! Jajajajaja... Le dije que lo que ella percibe como obsesión no es mas que dedicación...
One of my friends told me yesterday she thinks Im obsessed with calorie counting! LOL... I told her what she sees as an obsession is nothing but dedication.
