Well... weight is the same... but i lost one cm around my hips!! So its a gain for me!! Ive been feeling more hungry throughout the day. I assume this is because of the muscle. My legs are lean!! LOL... I look funny with the belly fat and all but those legs look really nice with boots and shorts so I am grateful for that!!

No weight in today. Ive been doing that twice a week but not anymore. Mondays will be my day. Last monday i was with the same weight so now I will wait. My legs are sore.
No pesaje hoy. Lo he estado haciendo dos veces por semana pero no mas. Lunes será mi día. El lunes pasado pesaba lo mismo así que mejor esperaré. Me duelen las piernas.

Hard day at the gym. I almost fainted! In fact I am eating more than other weeks so I do not know why... Anyways I just stopped for a little while and kept going... I remember Master Yoda... You do or not... Theres no try. So I stood up again and kept going!! :D
Día duro en el gym... Casi me desmayo. De hecho estoy comiendo más que otras semanas entonces no sé porque... Igual solo paré un ratito y seguí... Me recorde del maestro Yoda... O lo haces o no... no hay nada en medio... Así que me paré y seguí!! :D
