Did not get in any Rebounding Yesterday, but I did do my 30 minutes of Rebounding today. Trying very hard to stick to my 30 min. a day Rebounding challenge.

Today - I started my resistive rebounding - 1 hour and used my Heart monitor and it said I burned 507 calories. I also ate all raw, I think I ate too much for dinner but I'll see. This is day one, let's see what happens at the end of the week.
I did Urban rebounding with hand and foot weights and the daily dozen. I wanted to do Yoga but I had some running around to do and didn't have time.
