I am a Therapeutic Fitness and Massage therapist that needs to get in better shape and lose 40lbs. I live in Sacramento, CA where I work for a local health club and the YMCA. Hitting middle age is a challenge because your body changes and if you don't change with it, ie... eating & exercise habits, you'll find things change and not in a good way. Rebounder (mini trampoline)
I use is everyday it is a fantastic cardio exercise! Sometimes I do my own thing and sometimes I exercise to the Urban Rebounding videos. When I want to combine some strength training I add light hand weights to my rebounding to get both cardio and strength training done at the same time. You have to be consistent with it and build up slowly. If you have any specific questions about it add me as a buddy and let's chat.
