I am reflecting over the wisdom of not just writing down what I'm eating, but coming to a place that keeps you honest. I am grabbing foods at the store with the mindset of "I need fruit, veggies, dairy, starch/grain, and meat." As I have been logging on FS I am seeing way too much fat and not enough protein. Maybe I just don't understand the nutrition label as much as I thought that I did.
So in the spirit of the season, my New Year's Resolution is to pay better attention to what goes into my cart at the store. I want to make sure what I think I am getting is what I am really getting.

Took a break from my strength training as I have a fitness test starting on the first. Depending on the results of the fit test I'll start with the corresponding level of fitness for my new Darebee workout plan.
Need to drink lots of water and stick to my veggie snacks!!
I hope everyone finishes out this year so there are no regrets tomorrow!!
Start the New Year and the New Decade the way you want to be!! Don't be limited to where you are!

FORGOT TO WEIGH MYSELF THIS MORNING. I DID NOT WANT TO GET OUT OF BED, BUT STILL DID IT. GOT OUT OF THE HOUSE ABOUT 2 MINUTES LATE FOR WORK. GOOD NEWS IS THAT I TILL GOT TO WORK ONTIME.
SPENT TIME ON https://darebee.com/ LOOKING FOR A GOOD WORKOUT TO START WITH THE NEW CHALLENGE. MY CURRENT WORKOUT IS GREAT FOR MAINTAINING BUT NOT FOR IMPROVING. AND I WANT TO IMPROVE.
I HAVE ALREADY IDENTIFIED WHAT MY FIRST OUTFIT IS GOING TO BE WHEN I GET DOWN TO THE PROPER SIZE. BETWEEN NOW AND THEN I'LL BE SAVING UP TO BUY THAT OUTFIT.

yesterday and today's snacks. I grabbed enough ingredients to have it everyday this week. problem was after I ate the whole tray yesterday, I was still hungry.
