I have been traveling since Febrauary and have not been able to plan and maintain or record my diet on a regular basis. The current trips I am making are on a pretty regular basis, so I hope to be able to manage my intake better on this schedule. The weight I used today is the weight I had at the doctor's office which included my clothes. Therefore, I may be less but not enough to be significant.

Weigh-in: 177.0 lb

lost so far: 20.0 lb

still to go: 17.0 lb

Diet followed poorly

Didn't do well at losing weight over the Holidays. However, I did not gain - I maintained my weight of 168 to 170.

Haven't done well over the Holidays, but at least I didn't make any major weight gains! I plan on getting back on track starting within the next couple of days. I still have 20 lbs to lose and want to try and get half of it by the time we go to Hawaii in seven weeks! I need to be able to fit the size 12 bathing suit I just bought!
