Almost forgot about the challenge!! Anyways, finished 4 glasses of water when I woke up at 6am, 250mls of Green tea ,
Brreakfast was 250mls of Herbalife shake with water, one apple
Lunch, fruit 1 cup, yoghurt 7 tablespoons. More water. FULL TO THE MAX!!!

Started Banting Diet today. Breakfast; Green tea, 2 eggs , cheese 50g,tomatoes .
Lunch: apple, coffee with full cream milk,
Supper: Chicken curry with tomato salsa.small portion
Banana, gre
