The Dreaded Belly Fat
Oops I was reading about Atwater System yesterday. As for the exercise, I was recommended to do lots of aerobics to lose fat faster and if I wanted to attack a particular area of the body with exercise, then to do lots of repetitions. This way the fat gets burned before muscle is build. For me I barely start doing exercise. I lost 40lb on just calorie counting and avoided exercise due to laziness and also cuz of the tip from someone who already went thru this.
