Another funny thing...
So, I just used the scaled without drinking any liquids or eating.
It showed 223.4, did it couple minutes later it reads now 225.6
Hmmm!
Will count with the last one.
After adding my notes I am going to drink to glasses fo waters and then start my morning with:
-2 fresh bananas
-2 boiled eggs
-1 glass of milk - Lactose Free (not big fan of dairy products, but still giving it a try)
Then before lunch:
-Almonds (but I may go for 2 slides Multi-Grain bread and P. Butter **Sugar 1g Protein 7g)

Haven't shared much lately as far as my own challenge. The scale used played a little trick on me, but I was sure I was walking around 230 to 235 pounds. The machine showed 200 it was a sad joke.
I am using now a digital scale and things make more sense (Although I knew it) thinking it was time to share my results after 14 days.
Will posting at least once a week to track somehow the big steps. Yesterday it was a good surprise (note I am adding my notes from Sunday and Monday morning)
Sunday it was at 226.4
Also, later today will share more of my eating habits and training regime.

Now I Know why Kale...
There's a reason why KALE has done a stint as the new darling of the food world. Kale aligns in the same species that includes broccoli, cauliflower, collard greens, and brussels sprouts. And like many of them, it boasts a rich, green, earthy flavor. Kale is very high in calcium, beta carotene, vitamins K and C. It is also a source of lutein and contains sulforaphane (like broccoli) a chemical with powerful cancer-fighting properties. So here's a way to get more of the dark greens into your diet. When I've got the time, I remove kale from its rib, give them a good, cleansing rinse/soak and cook them down with a splash of vinegar and maybe a smoked turkey wing. Mmm, mmm good! But, sometimes I'm long on meals and short on prep time and need a fast solution. Kale is usually sold washed and bagged in the Produce Section or found coupled with Spinach in most pre-washed Power Greens salads. I make those washed greens do double- or even triple-duty as a base for hot and cold salads, skillet sauteed side dish with wilted onions and red pepper flake or even a raw handful in fruit smoothies with a little protein powder or tossed into hot soups. Do I like the taste and economy of this dark, green ruffly vegetable? Kale yeah! Such versatility makes it very easy to get my two cups of dark greens every day. Wink Watch for a new tip every day as we head toward our more fruit + veg lifestyle launch!
