Feb 20th, 2011 = Was at high risk of a heart attach (obese, high pressure job, high blood pressure and high cholesterol). Used the Fat Secret program on my Droid to lose 25 lbs (have kept off 20 of it) and even more significantly, reduce my sodium intake. The Fat secret tool (along with gradually building up to 90 minutes of intense cross-training exercise every morning at 4am) enabled me to go off of blood pressure and cholesterol medicine. I have regular check ups and my cardiologist monitors my biostats carefully.

No longer have the Droid, but really want to finish the journey and get down to my 189 lb goal weight. Finally dawned on me that there might be a website. This is a god send. Actively monitoring calories expended, calories consumed and weight (as well as sodium levels)absolutely works. Without your tool, pretty impractical to do. You should have been called out by name in the cover story of this months Scientific American article on obsesity. Take away from the article is that monitoring calories in and out and tracking weight is the most effective way to lose and maintain weight.

Look forward to using the tool to hit my goal!
