Feel good about doing exercises 2 days in a row. Planning on doing rush fit tonight and going to the Y for Zumba at 7:30 tonight.
going to try not to get into the Halloween candy today.
I have a wedding in a couple of weeks would like my dress to fit well :)

Day 2 I'm motivated. Exercised last night and didn't eat any candy :)
Really want to get in shape and get into those jeans :)

Spent most of the weekend at my parent's house and ate way too much. My Son is doing really well exercising doing Rush Fit. He wants me to start the program so I think I will.
Trying to live a healthier life beginning today.

I haven't done so well the end of the week. Have eaten some things I shouldn't like chinese food. I am going to do some major exercising this weekend though. Would like to get outside and do some walking.
I'm not giving up though. Just a set back.

I got up early this morning. Put on a walking DVD and walked 2 miles. I felt alot better and feel much more motivated. I bought groceries last night and got up and made a healthy salad for today. I have an apple for breakfast and carrots and celery for a snack.
Alot of changes are happening in my life and I'm looking at them as positive changes.
Every day I need to start the day with being grateful for waking up, and for the things I DO have.
