This was my weight last Saturday - I tried entering it from the iPhone app, but it didn't work for some reason and I can't get it to change....

Woohoo! Dropped below the 250 mark! Granted, only by a half pound, but I'm celebrating anyway!
I've had to stop running - starting last week, my hip began hurting during the run and for two days thereafter. I'm hopeful that when I lose more weight I can return to the jogging, when the impact on my hips is a little less. I'm still doing an interval workout, but instead of jogging at 4 mph, I do a power walk at 3.8 or so. My hip joints still hurt the next day, but not as much as before. This also seems to be a better workout from a heartrate perspective - when I run, I'm well into zone 4 and sometimes even zone 5; when I power walk, I get into zone 4, but not zone 5. I used the heartrate monitor to measure calories burned the last time I ran vs. calories burned when I power walk - there is a difference, but it isn't huge. All in all, I'm afraid that if I keep running, I won't be able to maintain long term. So, I will keep working out, but reduce my speed just a bit.
