Start 95.5kg 7.8.15 Today 6.9.16 89.0kg = 6.5kg loss in 30 days .... I am very happy with that considering these past few days I've been fighting with melancholia & the desire to binge eat ~ I have exercised very half heartedly and gobbled up slightly over my RDI for the past 3 days ... fortunately not junk food which I am very proud of 'cos I have s 4ltr tub tub of Neapolitan ice cream in my freezer for my grandson Patrick as well as an assortment of June's, chips & chocolate coated wafer bars which I brought specifically for Patrick & would normally have wiped out the whole lot in one tragic evening BUT I stuck to my good food, resisted the temptation, took two sleeping pills when the urges got too strong & went to bed ~ Yay me .... after two plateau days I've lost .4 😆😴😴😴😴🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Start 95.5kg 7.8.15 Today 89.4kg = total of 6.1kg lost in 27 days ... Ehaa!!
I'm so thrilled ~ after a really big workout in the pool today I went & visited Pam in hospital ~ she had her hip replaced a week ago and her room was right at the very front of the hospital ~ I didn't know that & I walked briskly till I got there ~ it was a good 400 metres of corridor ~ I haven't walked that far, that fast since Ives my surgery without pain or having to take a rest & that is amazing to me ~ I cannot wait to shed more legs and get fitter & feel less pain as my health improve. When PAM comes home from hospital I said I would take her to our town beach in the mornings to walk along the break wall & then we can get a bit of sun while we read in our chairs in the hard sand near the water 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 .... what a great plan 🌞

Start 95.5kg 7.8.15 Today 1.9.19 89.8kg
= 5.7kg loss in 25 days!!!!!! Sept 1st; the 1st day of Spring & I'm going to set my goal at rounding that 5.7kg off to a total of 12kg lost by 1st October.
I am doing all the right things for me ~ especially in the cooking of delectable nourishing food that I find really palatable ~ I have been so lazy about doing that for such a long time but I'm not going over the top with anything ~ I make food & if I think there's too much then I just 1/2 it & put it in containers for tomorrow. Am loving that I am loving exercising so much too. Apart from all else I do in the pool I added running on the spot really fast to my circuit today so that really got my heart rate up & with thanks to the wonderful long back stretches I introduced in my kitchen a week or so so I went for a 20 minute walk across rough terrain with my friend & trainer without once having to sit down or grimace with back pain agony ~ that is miraculous!!!!! 🎉🎉
