Weight Watchers points and daily calorie intake
950 calories a day sounds really low. I don't know what your actual stats are though. It is true though that eating too little can negatively impact your weight loss (as well as overall health). If you eat too little, your metabolism in general stalls, which stalls your weight loss. So as backwards as it sounds, you can actually lose more weight by eating a bit more, than by eating too little. Plus your body will stay more healthy too.
