I think that you should try it and so what if at first you can't keep up! It is about you not those other people and some of them probably had problems starting out too. If you want to do it then go for it! Just do your best and if you enjoy the first couple times then keep going back. After time it will get easier and you will feel better about yourself as the workouts help your goal. This is for you not for everyone else don't worry about what they think.

Just a thought....
I think most women's problem with weight lose is that sometimes there doesn't seem to be enough hours and energy in a day. We work, do house work, and take care of our kids. Doesn't seem to leave alot of time for taking care of ourselves. I know that I am going to work on having time for taking care of my self everyday even if it means getting up earlier so I can exercise. I know we all can do it!!!
