I've been trying to keep up with eating the way I'm supposed to but the scale is going up. somehow I knocked myself out of ketosis. I know I need to eat more vegetables I'm eating way too many nuts. it's not like I can't do it I've done it before. just got a bit get back on track.

Still losing just not as fast. Had a couple cheat days and that's ok. Feeling great! Lots of energy and can fit into clothes I haven't worn in years.

The keto diet is really working for me. I get to eat most of the foods I love just tweaked a little. I don't miss bread at all. It's just great!
