I had a blow out a couple days ago but I'm back on track. It's easy to start over with this. 😊

I think I had too many carbs today. A lot of it was fiber from beans but maybe my body isn't ready for that yet. Idk. My muscles are sore and I keep on keeping on. Drink more water. Today at Cousins' we start kids eat free Mondays. Two free kids meals with the purchase of one adult entree. It's probably going to be a busy night.

Here I am ready for round two at work today. I worked a breakfast buffet at 8am and have to be back at work at 1pm and work until 9pm. Thanks to healthy eating, no more tiredness.

Up a pound today. That's ok. Still going strong. I have so much energy since I started eating healthier and feel great with less sleep.
