Back from vacation. I did monitor my foods, and did a lot of walking, but was not focused on weight loss. I think the most consistent part of this journey is I keep coming back. What I lack in focus, I make up for in tenacity. I'm here, again. Same story, but one day it will be a different ending.

Cycled 4 miles this morning. Usually I exercise later in the day, but I think I like this...I can enjoy the rest of my day and feel proud knowing I have accomplished my goal.
