Today's Exercise: Putting on all my snow gear, including goggles. Spraying the ginormous hornet nest behind my house with insect spray. Sprinting 50 yards back to the house as fast as I possibly can.

Gained weight, so why am I happy? I lost 2 inches off my waist. Booyah. That brings my waist/hip ratio from 0.93 to 0.88 and am now one step closer to reducing my risk of obesity related diseases. Will do my official weigh in tomorrow.
