Allright, week 3 in my 8-week challenge. I paid R600 to be part of this challenge and I'm not even making a dent in my fitness. To be honest, my diet coach did ask me to take the first 2 weeks easy, and I might've understood that as in - do as little as possible. 😂 I do feel like the scale is moving and will have a better idea on Wednesday when I go for my weigh-in. I put an offer in for a treadmill on FB Marketplace but O was told 'I will keep your offer in mind.' Sigh. How does one even achieve 10 000 with a desk job, livin in a bachelor pad. Anyhow, I'm soaking up some sun, drinking water and trying to hold out until my fast breaks. Next 5kg loss, here I come.

Wowzers, the past 2 days have been what they call "Loading days" and I can honestly say I am done loading. My stats on Fatsecret looks devastating! 400 grams fat in 2 days. Goodness gracious me. Previously, when I did Slender Wonder, I never did the loading days. I just went straight into the 600 calorie diet. This time around I've loaded, prepared properly.
I pray that I get it right this time.

Today was my first fitting for wedding dress. But also the first day of my menstrual cycle. Thank God the designer postponed till next week. Now I have time to bring the bloat down and put myself on a serious diet! I'm training at gym every day now. Doing cardio and some functional training. It has to bring the KGs down. It simply has to! Warning: here comes the vent. My fiancé arrived home intoxicated tonight. Fourth night in a row. He says "I'm talking shit" when I say he's drunk. I know the difference. I don't know why but I expect more of him. It's sad. I find myself feeling alone many nights. When he's here and he's semi-sober, he likes to irritate me. Somehow I don't find it funny. I feel like it doesn't improve communication between us. It certainly doesnt help us bond. And if you think it makes me love him even more....oops, it doesn't.

Felt absolutely sick tonight. We went away for 4 days and I indulged - quite a lot! When do I mess it up? When we return home. I eat so much shit. I refer to it as a functional binge. I'm calm and in control and I can stop myself at any time, but I don't. I want to feel that dopamine hit. Anyway, I started my fast tonight, pretty much after I got sick 🤮

I swear I am cursed. I've tried various diets the past year and cannot seem to get out of the 110s...I was 114.4kg about 10 days ago. Then I started 18:6 fasting. My calories are about 600-650 per day. I drink 2 L water. This morning my weight was 114.4kg. I lost nothing. I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES. Now I have the tummy bug. My stomach is cramping and I'm in the loo every hour. I will STILL not lose any weight!
