Start over, Day 1: Having major empty nesting sadness. Since I started eating better, I have lost 22 pounds so far, since May. Just need to get my emotions in check and figure out what my eating stresses are and I think I will be on track. I have been down this road many times and I am sure it won't be the last. Glad I have comfortable shoes and lots of water. :)
