Thank you for all of the positive feedback. Not going to lie, last week was a bit challenging! Mr. Dr. Pepper got the best of me. Me 0, Dr. Pepper 1. Lol. Still, only had 2 glass for dinner one night. We took friends out to dinner that we haven't seen for 6 months because of life stuff and of course Covid. 2 12 oz glasses with ice, is better than 2 44oz soda a day. I cut out a lot of damn sugar and caffeine. I am so feeling that! I wake up each morning shaky as hell. I try to eat things like oatmeal, toast with peanut butter or a banana to combat the lack of sugar. It does help a lot. Other than that, I have been eating pretty good. I don't eat out a lot. Hardly at all! I do love to cook at though and enjoy a warm meal. I have been mostly doing veggies, fruits and proteins in either canned tuna or lunch meat form. I eat a lot of chicken though, too. My guilty pleasure are grilled chicken with a bit of olive oil and garlic, with onion and bell pepper. I make that into fajitas or just one burrito. Healthy and so good!

I have started this journey about 5 times now. So crazy! My goal, like always is to keep it off. I am thinking of trying Noom along with my weight loss journey this time or just journal more. I am both a nervous and bored eating. The first place I go is the pantry or fridge and the first thing I grab is normally something full of carbs. Don't get me wrong, we need carbs. I do not believe that cutting them down completely is the way to go. I think it is all about balance and healthier eating. I don't do fasting or anything like the Keto. Those are fads and don't really work in the long run. They don't work for me anyway! Good luck to all of you on your weight loss journey.
