Today is the 3rd day dry....hmmmm...sounds like alcoholic talking!
There was a temptation at work with the white wine to go with the work lunch but pat my own back for not taking it!
I will treat myself on my birthday with few drinks but until then, I must be strong!

Well Done for not having any drink yesterday.
1 day down, will have to carry on trying.
It will be really hard first week and the weekend coming up.
Drink stopped date - 25/Apr.....for now any way.

Stop it! I must stop right now or it will get ugly.
I will be concentrating on stopping alcohol first!

Absolutely discusting weekend!!
Too frightened to weight myself.
Weigh in will be done on Sat morning from now on.
Will try for 53kg mark by Sat 29th.
So this week will be under 1000 Kcal per day with the usual exercise to make that weight by Sat. morning!

Treat weekend, start again on Monday.

Diet followed reasonably well
