Recently retired and just turned 60. Have been active and fit my entire life, with daily combinations of cycling, weight training, hiking, walking, trail building and now pickleball.
Never had to worry about food intake or calorie counting until now- but not working-and having more "free' time has led to a more sedentary lifestyle (especially in winter) resulting in weight gain.
This website has been a huge help for me in guidance with calories, food nutrition, and allowing for a path forward towards weight loss goals.
