This is my second time on Atkins. I do really well for awhile, then slack off and go back to old habits (mainly by eating too many sweets). I live in California, have 4 children. I exercise alot. I have a gym in my house and use it alot and run 3-5 miles every other day and on off days, do work in gym, yet cannot get to my goal weight of 130-135. If i didn't work out so much, I would really be heavy, so ,obviously I'm not eating properly. EEsh. Ok, I'm ready to try again! Oh ya, I'm a photographer and very good at photoshop, so made myself look thinner in this picture. Ahaha
