I have been avoiding fatsecret because i know i have fallen off the wagin again. But i am ready to jump back on. And this time im staying on. It really sucks to loose the weight abd then gain some back.

Ugh! I am so upset with myself I eat healthy and exercise all day! And then I decide that I am hungry and go and eat something horrible for me :( I just need better will power!

Ah! I have fallen of my diet wagon for about a week now and it's making me very upset with myself. I know the only way to keep loosing weight is to eat healthier and less frequently and to exercise. I've got the exercise down pat. I generally get an hour or more Monday through Thursday and at least two hours on Saturday and Sunday. I do a combo of cardio and weight training and I am really proud of myself for that! But I am not at all proud of my eating habits I know I have gained a few pounds back and I keep getting those little weigh in reminders and I have been weighing myself but I'm too afraid to log in a higher weight because then its more official and I feel like I am letting myself down. But even if I continue to do well in both aspects of the weight loss I feel myself hitting a plateau and I'm scared that I'm going to get weak break down and just eat crap. AH WEIGHTLOSS IS VERY FRUSTRATiNG!!!!!
