Been off track, but I started exercising and I think that is helping. it hasn't been hard to stay on track w/ my calories, but there is still too much up & down. I hope to see it go down now that I am exercising.

well, not too much has changed, still haven't lost more weight, going to try to make up for lack of goal achievement last week. I need to get some exercise in.
