I've been trying to stay under 1,000 cals a day & that seems to be working. I try to eat a protein w/ snacks/meals & I've been eating more fruits & veggies. I'm not snacking like I used to & I thin that is making a difference too. Also,I haven't been exercising consistantly, but after the holiday I will start again. I feel really tired today, but I am happy w/my progress! 105, here I come!
