Today is day one. I am already fighting off the munchies. I made 2 pans of tater tot casserole for the family yesterday - my hubby is munching on left overs as we speak. For breakfast I had Activia Light yogurt (I'm taking the Activia 14 day challenge) and a cup of coffee with Sweet n Low. My plan is to drink one bottle of water with Green Tea To Go before lunch. I am going to have to be more disciplined if I want to reach my goals, that's for sure. I am taking NV with Hoodia and I know it's helped - I started taking it last week and even though I've had a few binge sessions (ice cream with caramel topping, 4 bowls of tater tot casserole...) I actually lost half a pound. Sooooo...since the official "dieting" starts today, I expect to see an improvement. I will be exercising for 30 mins a day on Mon, Wed, and Fri as well. Starting on a glider...then adding Yoga. I will drink more water, get more rest...and I'm following the "diabetic diet" since I'm at risk for diabetes -- nothing white, basically...no white rice, pasta, potatoes, flour...and no sweets or junk food. I'm eating a lot of the "negative calorie" foods, and just trying to trim down. I will weigh in regularly...and try to get the weight off and keep it off!
