Lemon Water With Cayenne?
I tried the lemon water with cayenne - hot - and it was NASTY! I just couldn't do it. So I'm back to just my flavored water. I can't so the detox - I'm diabetic so I have to eat. I've been drinking the Lipton Green Tea To Go in citrus flavor. I'm on my second bottle today - so it must be good!

Lemon Water With Cayenne?
I have to add flavoring to my water...and I like lemon water...never drank it hot and never added cayenne pepper to it, but wonder if this will help? I'll give it a go the next couple of days. It seems the hot water will fill me up more, and I know the lemon works as a diuretic...I've also read that the cayenne speeds up metabolism. So I'm gonna try it and see if I like it. If I do, and it helps curb the munchies, I'll let you know! Anyone drinking this?

Here I am!
Hello everyone! I am new here (today) and am hoping to find and give a lot of support. My goal is to lose 30 pounds, and I do not have a time limit. I just want to get it off and keep it off. At my age, losing weight is more difficult than it used to be, but I am determined. I definately know from past experience that I need a support system. In 2003, I was pregnant and when I went in to deliver I weighed 289 pounds. I now weigh 154. A semi - healthy weight for me (I'm 5'7"Wink but I want to be at the lower end of the scale as it can and will affect my health. Looking for a buddy if anyone's interested!
