Good morning FS family. Hope everyone is having a spectacular day. I’ve been concentrating on one day at a time like any addiction. Definitely food is my addiction. Still failing to drink enough water It’s a old habit for years since my employment as a visiting nurse making it difficult not being able to drink due to never knowing and where their was a bathroom nearby or you wouldn’t want to use some of the patients bathrooms. My other issue is taking too long to log food. I plan ahead of time my food for the day then redoing attempting to stay within my macros and calories. There has to be a easier way !!! Of course I’m probably making it more difficult then it needs be but can’t seem to master it Do know if I keep repeating meals it would be easier but again I like variety. Humm. What a predicament I’ve put myself in
