I feel good today.I went to work and burned 2632 calories. I drank 112.4oz water. After work I felt so good I walked 2 miles at the track. I did lose it a little and ate pecan pie ice cream, but in my defense I only at half a serving so for that I am proud.

Is it possible that the scale didnt lie. i only ate 50% my RDI yesterday. i find it hard to eat 2100 calories when you see trying not to eat fattening foods. I guess we will see how it goes tomorrow. I think I'm only going to weigh myself once a week after this week.

i didn't stick to any dirt or exercise routine during the holidays. today is the 1st and I'm getting back on tract.
