I'm a mother of 3 boys ages 29, 26 and 15. I have had issues with my weight since my first son. It took me 2 years to loose the weight from him and I got pregnant again. So I decided to wait and did't lose the weight from him for 10 years. Now I have my 15 year old. I've had trying times in the years following his birth and issues I needed to deal with. Now I'm a maw-maw and want to be able to play with her.

I'm ready to get my life back for me. I am in a good place in my life. My husband and children support me 100%, so I'm doing this for ME! I am determinded to get to my goal weight of 140lbs and i'm not going to stop or give up this time.

So Glad I Found This Secret
Hi, my name is Irene. I'm 47 and so happy I found this site. I stumbled upon it looking for an app for calorie counting and this is so much more than I expected. I hope with the support of others and my determination I will reach my goal and maintain it as well. Looking forward to meeting new friends that have weight loss and health one of the biggest goals for the new year too!

Much harder for me
Yes those fries can sure do it to you! Somethimes I think just looking at food makes me gain weight. I don't think its possible but it sure seems that way! Perhaps you should try to prepare your meals at home to take with you for lunch. Try to remember that that food may taste real good going down, but where does ie stop and does it look good there!
