You shouldn't eat late at night as your metabolism is at its slowest when you sleep, therefore gaining weight and/or storing food that needn't be stored in your fat cells. I have 'flab' on my stomach and I found that by eating healthily, running and doing sit-ups in the morning and evening, my stomach fat reduced significantly. Give it a try

Years of eating disorders. Now to do it right!!!:
Hello. I have struggled with eating disorders for as long as I can remember. Jumping between anorexia and bulimia although I was extremely thin. After attending numerous eating clinics ad hospital I was able to stop this, but its always in the back of my mind. For the past year and a half I have been at a weight that I am not comfortable with, too heavy for my height and age. I am finding it very difficult to stick to a diet, I either want to not eat anything at all, or I binge eat. Once I have one thing to eat, I can't stop. What do I do?
