Last night I had to removed some items from my refrigerator. I was very upset that I don't have the patience to keep certain foods in my refrigerator. For me eating is all or nothing and I have to get away from that kind of thinking. I either want to eat what I like or don't have it all. I have no middle ground. I'm extremely hard on myself when it comes to eating and I have to find my balance. Right now, I'm trying to stay consistent in my eating habits and exercise.
