NIGHTTIME SNACKING
need a partner in crime for dieting who has the same issues as me.. tend to overeat and snack at night no matter how hard I try. need motivation!!!! or any solutions to my problem?

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
every day unless i know i've done horrible the day before then i wait until i've had a couple good days so I don't get depressed, lack motivation for my diet and sulk :-/
