Today felt like a successful day despite having slept through my alarm and missing my work out. I think all the produce and healthy snacks kept me from eating the tootsie rolls from the office candy jar. I haven't had any soda this month and some days the diet raspberry creme doctor pepper seems to call my name. :)
My goal is to wake tomorrow and have oatmeal, an egg white omelet with veggies and some orange slices for breakfast. I may even add some avocado slices and/or tomato slices as well so I start the day full.

Had the day from Hades yesterday, didnt get my work out in but did get one in this morning. Anyone know how to add a category to the exercise section? Or know if it is possible to add something. I am using Jillian Micheals 30-day shred workouts.
Still eating clean; ate my first tomato from our garden....yum, yum!

Today was the kind of day which made the office candy jar look like mannah from heaven; my stress hit a level which made me totally understand how sugar can be addictive. I was sad, angry and frustrated and soooooo wanted to eat about 50 mini tootsie rolls. Instead I walked away, and reminded myself why I am trying to eat clean; my ultimate goal is to stop living and acting like my old "unhappy" self and return to my artistic happy self.
